What is Integrative therapy?

My aim is to provide you with a safe, open and non judgemental space for you to explore the issues that are presenting themselves. I draw upon a wide range of approaches and training experience to help you explore and work through what is troubling you the most, helping you to find new ways to move forward for the life you’d like to lead. 

As an Integrative counsellor working from an underpinned person-centred approach i believe the answers needed to move forward lie within you. I will support you in finding these answers so I don’t offer advice but i may make suggestions and share any relevant knowledge with you.

Sometimes techniques or exercises can help. I will always tell you about these in advance should i feel they maybe helpful.
